Minister expects court cases fighting ABC wetland verdict

ORANJESTAD – A verdict in court ordering the Aruba government to further block passage to a disputed wetland at Palm Beach may result in yet another court case says infrastructure minister Otmar Oduber. According to the minister answering questions of NoticiaCla in a press conference, any company or person affected would and can fight back in court and probably will. Oduber even expects a possible case seeking damages. “This only hurts the community as public funds are used to fight this in court” Oduber continued, because someone in the past acted in an ill manner.
