Government launches final Eagle Beach improvement phase

ORANJESTAD – The government has announced the upcoming final phase of improvements at Eagle Beach. The project, valued at approximately Afl. 5 million, aims to enhance the area while protecting the island's white sand beaches.

The works will include a Turtle Wall to prevent vehicles from driving and parking on the beach, expanded parking facilities, pedestrian walkways and public restrooms. Construction will begin after the public tender process is completed.

According to Ministers Wendrick Cicilia and Rene Herde, the project is intended to preserve one of Aruba's most valuable natural resources while strengthening the island's tourism product.
