Eduard Pieters (PPA): Less Facebook politics, more leadership

ORANJESTAD – PPA parliamentary leader Eduard Pieters says Aruba needs more leadership and less political debate on Facebook and other social media platforms. According to him, the public wants clear information and responsible decision-making rather than permanent political campaigning.

Pieters argued that major issues such as HOFA, healthcare, public safety, education, and economic development deserve informed and serious discussion because they will shape Aruba’s future.

He added that elected representatives should promote dialogue, transparency, and careful analysis instead of political polarization. Pieters said PPA will continue advocating for a democracy built on information, dialogue, and leadership.
