ORANJESTAD — Couples marrying in Aruba spend an average of US$27,000, while wedding guests spend approximately US$4,000 per person and honeymooners US$10,500, according to an Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) study. The market creates opportunities for hotels, restaurants, transport providers, photographers and other local businesses.
Wealthy couples are willing to pay 30–50% more for sustainable packages. However, the published findings do not indicate how much of their spending stays in Aruba.
Separately, ATA reported that Aruba welcomed 114,517 stayover visitors in September 2026. Vacation rentals generated nearly US$24.7 million that month, almost 41% more than in September 2025.
