PHILIPSBURG — The governments of Aruba, Curaçao, the Netherlands and Sint Maarten will meet in Sint Maarten on November 17 and 18, 2026, for the first Kingdom Summit. The high-level meeting aims to strengthen cooperation among the Kingdom’s four countries.
Each prime minister will deliver a “State of the Nation” presentation, outlining their country’s achievements and challenges and identifying policy areas where new or closer cooperation is possible.
The summit also seeks to improve continuity and coordination in regular consultations between the governments, based on mutual respect and a willingness to support one another.
Sint Maarten Prime Minister Dr. Luc Mercelina said his country looks forward to welcoming the delegations. He emphasized that working together while recognizing the countries’ differences can help build a stronger Kingdom prepared for the future.
