Autentico to host Industry Seminar to strengthen Aruba’s culinary sector

ORANJESTAD — Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival will host an Industry Seminar on October 8, 2026, at Embassy Suites Aruba, aimed at strengthening professional development in Aruba’s culinary and hospitality sectors.

The seminar will bring together chefs, hospitality professionals and restaurant operators to exchange knowledge and explore topics such as sustainability, service excellence, international culinary trends and Aruba’s positioning as a culinary destination.

Invited speakers include Sian Young, a sustainability and waste-management expert; Werner Loens, former director and Head Inspector of the Michelin Guide Benelux; Lindsey Peckham, former Director of Guest Relations at Eleven Madison Park; and internationally renowned Peruvian chef Virgilio Martínez.

The program will include presentations, a panel discussion and a culinary demonstration.

Participation is free, but registration is required because space is limited. Interested participants are encouraged to register in advance.
