Curaçao-Venezuela flight makes emergency landing after door opens in mid-air

PARAGUANA - A small Aeroturpial aircraft flying from Curaçao to Venezuela made an emergency landing at Josefa Camejo International Airport on the Paraguana Peninsula following a serious mid-air incident.
According to information circulating on Instagram, eight people were on board. A mechanical problem reportedly caused the aircraft to lose control and one of its doors to open during the flight, triggering panic among passengers.
The pilot managed to regain control and land the aircraft safely. None of the eight people on board was injured, although passengers were badly shaken. Emergency personnel assisted them after landing.
