Aruba Police honors promotions and long-serving personnel

ORANJESTAD – The Aruba Police Force (KPA) has recognized dozens of police officers and administrative employees during a special ceremony at the J.F.K. Education Center, where government decrees, rank promotions and long-service awards were presented in the presence of family members, colleagues and police leadership led by Chief Commissioner Ramon Arnhem.

The ceremony included promotions across several ranks, including officers advancing from First-Class Officer to Brigadier, Brigadier to First-Class Brigadier, Chief Officer to First-Class Chief Officer, First-Class Chief Officer to Sub-Inspector, and First-Class Sub-Inspector to Inspector. Four members of the administrative staff also received their official government decrees.

The event also honored employees celebrating 30 and 35 years of service with the Aruba Police Force. Several officers marked three decades of service, while one administrative employee celebrated a 35-year career. Each received a commemorative plaque and a government decree in recognition of their dedication and commitment.

Chief Commissioner Ramon Arnhem congratulated all recipients, describing them as the backbone of the organization and thanking their families for the continued support that has helped them build distinguished careers in public service.
