New reduced utility tariffs to be announced as early as this summer

ORANJESTAD – New reduced water and electricity tariffs will be announced this summer. Aruba energy minister Evelyn Wever Croes confirmed this during the budget talks in Parliament Tuesday morning. Once the 2017 annual government financial statements are known, the finance department could calculate the new tariffs.
