ORANJESTAD - Centrale Bank van Aruba (CBA) published its Operational Report 2025 and the Condensed Financial Statements 2025.

The Condensed Financial Statements 2025 provide a summary of CBA’s financial performance and financial position for the year 2025. The Operational Report 2025 highlights the financial performance alongside important developments and achievements relating to four of the CBA’s core responsibilities, namely, monetary policy, reserve management, payment systems, and its role as advisor to the Minister of Finance. It also reflects on personnel data and highlights the main operational performance and strategic activities carried out in 2025 as well as its focus for 2026. In addition, it summarizes how the CBA is governed and how key risks are managed.

As highlighted in the Operational Report 2025, Aruba’s economy continued to demonstrate resilience in 2025, recording growth despite moderating economic activity following several years of strong expansion. Tourism remained the main driver of the economy, supporting consumption, government revenues, and foreign exchange reserves, while inflationary pressures eased. In 2025, the CBA reported strong financial and operational performance, underpinned by solid investment results, effective cost management, and continued progress in executing strategic initiatives. Looking ahead, the CBA expects the Aruban economy to further expand in 2026, although at a more moderate pace amid ongoing global uncertainties.

The CBA’s fifth core responsibility, namely, supervision and regulation of Aruba’s financial sector, is covered in the Financial Sector Supervision Report (FSSR), which was published on June 30, 2026 and can be found on the CBA’s website.

The Operational Report 2025 and the Condensed Financial Statements 2025 are available on the CBA’s website as of today.
